- Information required in connection with counterparties to proprietary investment activities and with the acquisition, ownership and direct operation of businesses within the Company’s conglomerate operations
- Website access information, including IP address and cookie information
- Other information necessary for business administration, contract management or legal procedures

The Company uses personal information it obtains for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and provide necessary communications
- To administer transactions, manage risk and comply with applicable law in connection with proprietary investment and trading conducted solely with the Company’s own capital
- To consider, investigate, negotiate, enter into, perform and manage transactions relating to the acquisition, ownership and direct operation of businesses within the Company’s conglomerate operations
- To consider, enter into, perform and manage contracts
- To understand website usage, maintain security and improve the Company’s website

- For other purposes incidental to those listed above
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the individual concerned, except in any of the following circumstances:

- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
- When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
- When cooperation is required for a national government agency, local public authority or a party entrusted by either of them to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may impede the performance of those duties
- When personal information is provided in connection with a succession of business resulting from a merger, company split, business transfer or other cause
6. Management and Protection of Personal Information
The Company endeavors to maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it securely. The Company implements necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration, leakage or similar incidents and provides appropriate notice and education to officers and any other persons authorized to handle personal information. When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information to a service provider, it also exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over that provider.
7. Retention Period
The Company retains personal information only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is used. When retention is required by law or regulation, the information will be retained for the period prescribed by that law or regulation. Once the applicable retention period has expired, the Company will appropriately and promptly dispose of or delete the information.
8. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use and Related Requests
The Company responds appropriately, in accordance with applicable law, to requests from an individual for disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure or suspension of third-party provision of that individual’s personal information (collectively, “Disclosure Requests”). To make a Disclosure Request, please contact the inquiry desk identified in Section 10 below. The Company will verify the identity of the requesting person using its prescribed procedures. A reasonable fee may be charged for processing a Disclosure Request.

The Company’s website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve convenience, maintain security and understand website usage. Cookie consent is managed using CookieYes.
